- A nut butter is a spreadable food source made by grinding nuts into a paste. The result has a high unsaturated fat content and can be spread like true butter, but is otherwise unrelated. Nut butters include: Almond butter, Cashew butter, Hazelnut butter, Macadamia
nut butter, Peanut butter, Pecan butter, Pistachio butter, and Walnut butter.
- The almond, cashew, macadamia, peanut, pecan, pistachio and walnut are not true nuts in a botanical sense. However, because
they are considered nuts in a culinary sense, their crushed spreads are called nut butters. Similar spreads can also be made from
seeds not considered nuts in a culinary sense: Pumpkin seed butter, Sesame seed butter (Usually called tahini), Soybean butter –generally called “soynut butter” and made from soy nuts (Roasted soybeans), Sunflower seed butter. - Nut and seed butters have a high content of protein, fiber, and essential fatty acids, and can be used to replace butter or margarine
on bread or toast.
- Peanuts butter(PB) or margarine is made out of/from ground dry roasted peanut which is quite popular in North America, Netherland,England and some parts of Asia like Philippines, Indonesia and Vietnam.
- Cashew butter is a food spread made from baked or roasted cashews. It is rich and creamy in flavor and when stored the oil and solid separate easily. Cashew butter is high in protein, unsaturated fats and Vitamin B. One tablespoon of unsalted cashew butter provides 94 calories, 12 percent of the daily value of unsaturated fat and 8 percent of the daily value of saturated fat. However, it contains less fat than most nuts. Cashew butter can be spreaded onto toast, added to smoothies or oatmeal, used as a dip for apple
slices or as the base for vegan cashew nut cheese.

- Yes – the entire Dat Butter product range is GM free.
- All organic food is GM free. Genetic modification of any ingredient is totally prohibited under organic regulations and strict controls on the ingredient supply ensure that they do not turn up in organic food.
- We are pleased to confirm that Whole Earth does not use trans fats (also referred to as HVO’s. hydrogenated and partially hydrogenated vegetable oils) in our foods.
- Only use natural materials. Do not use herbicides, pesticides, chemical fertilizers before and during the peanut cultivation
- Neither use additives,preservatives, nor sugar in processing process
- To meet all needs of customers, ĐẠT BUTTER can process special products according to their own recipe, the minimum production of 5kg once delivery.
- Have a shelf life of 6 months.
- Note: Keep product in a dry, cool place, avoid exposure to sunlight.
- The procedure of Đat Butter’s peanut cultivation follows the principle “no chemical fertilizer, pesticides, herbicide completely beforeand during cultivation”.
- Households or individuals involved in the peanut supply chain for Đat Butter only use some of the natural insecticide to provide adequate nutrition for peanut plants and prevent them from some pests and diseases.
- A detailed procedure that has been developed by Dat Butter and experimented at a garden in Cu Chi is bellow. This document is intended to guide households participating in the peanut supply chain for the project.
- To answer the question how to ensure that peanuts are planted completely naturally, Đạt Butter will share Đạt Butter’s participating and supervising process in order to support farmers and individuals before sowing seeds, during cropping, caring and post-harvesting as follows:
- Pre-breeding: Find out the experiences and knowledge of the households involved in production (Households will register in the registration form and be interviewed about participating motivation and capacity), share materials to support more knowledge about alternative plant-based insecticides in place of herbicides, chemical fertilizers, and pesticides. For instance, instead of the usage of chemical fertilizers, farmers can use apatite, bone flour, bile excrement …
- Sign the agreement, plan for budget and production plan with the support of Technical collaborators of Dat Butter in each region.
- During the process of cropping and tending, technical collaborators will visit the garden regularly to monitor and solve arising problems involved in natural cultivation.
- Post harvest: Collaborators will participate in the household havesting process. After drying, peeling and classifying beans, Đạt Butter will check periodically by sampling produce for experiment. Thus, to ensure a completely natural produce, Dat Butter is not only based on the motivation and capacity of participating households, but also has a system of technical collaborators and pre, during and post harvesting finished product monitoring mechanisms.
- At present, ĐẠT BUTTER concentrates its resources on two types of products: Natural Peanut Butter and Cashew Butter to ensure the best quality, best service.
